The Property is located in Lakewood, Colorado. The City of Lakewood is adjacent to Denver along the west edge of the metro area against the foothills of the majestic rocky mountains. The Denver metro area is poised for continued economic growth, and the City of Lakewood is undergoing numerous projects of community revitalization, infrastructure improvements and development. Such development includes the redevelopment of the West Colfax corridor, the major east / west thoroughfare through Lakewood (one block south of the Property) and numerous new construction projects, including the development of a major, national hospital (St. Anthony's medical center); 2 large shopping centers; and the RTD West corridor (light rail system), just to name a few.
